Hi friends! Welcome to Quick Minute Tips. This tip is all about finding a clear space... in your space! Clutter can trigger the release of cortisol, adding to our tension and anxiety. It crowds our minds with stimuli, causing our brains to spend time on things that aren’t important. Now I know not all of us have time to completely overhaul and clean our homes or our office space every single day. That’s just not realistic. But if you can find a very small space within your working space, or within your relaxing space, that you can clear, you’re going to have a much more peaceful state of mind. So I’d encourage you to spend some time today in a space you use often. Remove any clutter from your line of sight, give it a quick clean, and have a seat in there. Relax, and feel the peace from having a clear space.
